Do I need proof that my pet is booked with me on my flight?
Rules and regulations vary by carrier, so we strongly recommend that you review requirements with your airline prior to departure.

What pet facilities are available?
There are two pet relief areas. One is located outside the terminal, adjacent to the first floor of the Arrivals Hall along the walkway to Terminal 5. The second is located beyond the security checkpoint on the B Concourse between Gates B31 and B33.

What are the rules regarding service animals and emotional support animals?
Within T4, you may bring properly documented service and emotional support animals into any restaurant. Please check with your airline for full details of rules and regulations related to your carrier and flight.

The ARK Pet Oasis, located in the JFK International Airport Cargo Area, offers a number of services including pet care, animal shipping, veterinary services, and airline check-in and review of travel documentation.
