Shawn Makinen
Vice President Terminal Redevelopment
Shawn Makinen, Vice President Terminal Redevelopment, leads Terminal 4's redevelopment and improvement projects, including construction, capacity expansion, and property management. He manages all aspects of T4 redevelopment in coordination with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Delta Airlines, T4 business and airlines partners, and regulatory stakeholders. Mr. Makinen is an industry veteran with 25 years of experience, having previously worked in the Port Authority's Aviation Department where he served in various management positions at all three major New York-area airports.
