Vice President Safety & Security

Stacey Lora manages Terminal 4’s safety and security program, ensuring that T4 is focused on achieving a zero accident culture and adhering to all security-focused regulations.
Shawn Makinen

Vice President Terminal Redevelopment

Shawn Makinen manages all aspects of T4 redevelopment in coordination with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Delta Airlines, T4 business and airlines partners, and regulatory stakeholders.

Vice President Asset Management and Baggage

Daryl Jameson spearheads policy and strategy for Terminal 4’s facilities and baggage handling systems.
Steve Tukavkin

Vice President IT and Digital

Steve Tukavkin leads the IT Systems division for Terminal 4, which delivers Information and Communication Technology services for all aspects of the terminal’s IT operations, security systems and business solutions.

Vernon M. Taylor leads efforts to keep the organization focused on its core mission to make JFKIAT a top-ranked Best Place to Work, driving strategy to develop both personnel and organizational capabilities.

Vice President, Customer Experience & Commercial

Jain is responsible for generating and managing the company’s non-aviation revenues, working with the team and business partners to develop world-class retail, food & beverage, and passenger service concepts, featuring a distinctive ‘New York sense of place’ across T4’s extensive commercial program, which consists of nearly 100 retail, food & beverage, and other services concepts
