  • Lost Items in the Terminal at the TSA Security Checkpoint and U.S. Customs Areas

    -Call lost and found customer service at 347-684-3604 (24 hours)

    -For lost government issued passports or other VISA travel documents, please contact U.S. Customs and Border Protection at: 718- 487-5164 (Monday - Friday: 8:00am -5:00pm EDT)

  • Lost Baggage or Items on a Plane

    If you’ve lost baggage or left something behind on a plane, contact your airline directly.  Visit the airline directory for contact information.
